Live for Life provides structured residential behavioral health treatment for male adolescents with mental health challenges. Clients receive individual, family, and group therapy, psychiatric care, behavioral support, and structured rehabilitative interventions in a safe, therapeutic environment.

Role Overview
Work directly with adolescents in our Sequoia residential treatment program. Behavioral Health Technicians provide active supervision and help maintain client safety while building positive, structured relationships.
Through mentorship, guidance, and accountability, you'll help clients work toward treatment goals, develop skills, manage behaviors, participate in daily programming, and build toward a successful future.

What You'll Do
- Maintain active supervision and a safe, structured residential environment
- Build positive relationships while maintaining appropriate professional boundaries
- Mentor and support clients as they work toward treatment and daily goals
- Lead and participate in recreational, skill-building, and support activities
- Assist clients with daily routines, including meals, hygiene, chores, laundry, cleaning, and schedules
- Provide individual support, behavioral prompting, redirection, and appropriate limit-setting
- Monitor client behavior and accurately document progress and significant events
- Identify and communicate client needs, concerns, and changes in behavior to program and clinical team members
- Follow program expectations, safety procedures, documentation requirements, and assigned responsibilities
- Transport clients to approved appointments, activities, meetings, and community outings
- Recognize and respond appropriately to safety concerns, including increased aggression, suicidal behavior, elopement risk, and other behavioral or safety concerns

Minimum Requirements
- 21+ years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Able to pass an FBI background check
Preferred, Not Required: Previous experience working with adolescents or in behavioral health.
