Position Overview:Ā The Concrete Mixer Truck Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient delivery of ready-mix concrete to various job sites. This role requires operating technology-assisted delivery systems, maintaining equipment, and professionally representing River City Ready Mix in the field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a commercial ready-mix concrete truck to transport and deliver concrete to job sites.
- Utilize the onboard delivery system technology for efficient and accurate deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and organized truck and work environment.
- Professionally represent River City Ready Mix when interacting with customers and job site personnel.

Job Requirements:
- Flexible and dependable availability ā Primarily Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays and occasional nighttime work required.
- Ability to follow instructions from supervisors, senior leaders, and on-site customers.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality ā Early morning start times required.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math.
- Prior concrete industry experience preferred.
- Prior mechanical understanding and proficiency preferred.
Applicant Requirements:
- Valid Class A or B CDL license.
- Valid email address for communication.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent commercial driving experience.
- No serious citations for moving violations in the past 5 years.
- No DWI/DUI in the past 7 years.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test.
- A resume or 5-year driving work history is required.
