Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Construction Estimator / Project Coordinator to lead our projects from initial contracts to final walkthrough. In this hybrid role, you will manage procurement, permitting, and budgets while directly overseeing daily site operations, crews, and safety. If you have a strong background in both construction administration and field supervision, we want you on our team! 

Position Responsibilities:
  • Project Administration: Manage material procurement, negotiate subcontractor contracts, and strictly control project budgets.
  • Permitting & Compliance: Secure all required building permits and ensure work adheres to local codes and zoning laws.
  • Site Supervision: Oversee daily field operations, coordinate construction crews, and manage equipment deliveries to keep projects on schedule.
  • Quality & Safety: Enforce OSHA safety standards, conduct regular site inspections, and ensure all work meets high-quality industry standards.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Track project milestones and provide regular progress reports to clients, engineers, and leadership.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in construction project management, specifically handling field supervision, contracts, and procurement.
  • Language: Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is required to effectively manage on-site crews and subcontractors.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of construction processes and materials, the ability to read and interpret blueprints, and excellent organizational and time-mangement skills.
  • Leadership: Strong problem-solving abilities and the communication skills necessary to lead teams and manage mulitple deadlines.
  • Certifications: OSHA certification and First Aid/CPR are highly preferred.  
Physical Demands & Work Environment:
  • Work is primarily conducted on active construction sites, where noise, dust, and variable weather conditions may be present.
  • Regular travel to project sites may be required.
  • Must be able to stand, walk, lift materials up to 50 lbs, and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
