The role involves working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional service and support in a dynamic and patient-centered environment. Position Responsibilities: Conduct thorough assessments of patient health conditions and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with established protocols. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting care plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and effective patient care. Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care strategies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
