What You’ll Do: Welcome guests with friendly, upbeat service Prepare and serve Jamba smoothies, bowls, beverages, and Auntie Anne’s products to brand standards Operate registers and handle cash accurately Keep the store clean, stocked, and organized Work together with your team to deliver excellent guest experiences Follow all food safety, sanitation, and operational guidelines Perks You’ll Love: Flexible scheduling with 20 to 40 hours per week Free on-duty shift meals and employee discounts on Jamba and Auntie Anne’s favorites Paid training, no prior experience required Opportunities to grow into leadership roles Free uniforms Eligible benefits may include health insurance, life insurance, and 401(k) What We’re Looking For: Must be 18 years or older Flexible availability, including weeknights, weekends, and holidays TB clearance required, if applicable by location 0 to 1 year of food service or retail experience preferred, but not required Ability to stand, bend, lift, and stay active throughout your shift Comfortable working in warm and cold environments, including blenders, prep areas, freezers, and walk-ins Basic math skills and comfort using POS systems Ability to taste-test products for quality Strong teamwork and customer service skills Food Handler Certification, current or ability to obtain within 30 days High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and register systems Ready to Blend, Bake & Serve?
