We are looking for an IT and Operations Administrator to join our team in Westerville, Ohio. This mid-level position requires a strong work ethic, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.Â

Duties and Responsibilities:
IT Systems Support and Maintenance:
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to staff, resolving IT-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Configure and set up desk hardware, computers, and other IT equipment.
Backup and Disaster Recovery:
- Manage and maintain data backup systems, ensuring regular and secure backups.
- Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime and data loss.
System Implementation and Upgrades:
- Help plan and execute IT system upgrades, installations, and migrations.
- Ensure new systems and processes are integrated seamlessly into current workflows.
Operational Support:
- Support day-to-day operational processes, including assisting with facility-related tasks (e.g., coordinating maintenance or ensuring building systems functionality).
- Technology support for meeting facilitation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement operational improvements.
 Documentation and Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of IT systems, backups, and operational processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other departments to ensure IT and operations support aligns with organizational goals.
- Coordinate projects, tasks, and functionality through Director of IT.
- Communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical staff.
Database Administration (Preferred):
- Oversee and maintain organizational databases to ensure data accuracy, security, and accessibility.
- Perform regular database maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting.
 Qualifications, Education and Experience:Â
- Proficiency in managing and troubleshooting IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration (e.g., Azure Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, MS Teams, Zoom).
- Strong understanding of backup systems and disaster recovery planning.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, ever-changing environment.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
- Willingness to travel occasionally to other office locations, as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience with coding and SQL database management is a bonus.
 Physical Requirements:Â
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
- Must be able to travel to various project sites.
