As a Finance Manager supporting Advisor Services, you will provide financial insight that helps business leaders evaluate performance, allocate resources, and make informed investment decisions. You will develop forecasts and financial plans, explain performance against expectations, and assess the financial impact of strategic, business, and efficiency initiatives.

 

Success requires strong Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving to turn complex financial and operational data into a clear finance point of view. Through Cross-Functional Collaboration, Communication, and Stakeholder Management, you will build trusted partnerships across Advisor Services and Finance, challenge assumptions, and translate findings into practical recommendations for leadership. This individual contributor role offers meaningful ownership and the opportunity to improve financial reporting, increase process efficiency, and strengthen decision-making as business priorities evolve.

 

What you have

Required qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of financial planning and analysis or similar finance experience
  • Proficiency in financial analysis, forecasting, Modeling, and Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to consolidate, evaluate, and summarize large data sets from multiple database applications
  • Demonstrated Analytical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Attention to Detail
  • Strong Written Communication, Verbal Communication, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and concurrent workstreams

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the financial services industry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Experience with Financial Reporting, Period-End Closing, and variance analysis
  • Ability to apply Business Acumen and Decision Making when developing recommendations
  • Demonstrated Cross-Functional Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
  • Adaptability when responding to new information, shifting priorities, and evolving business needs
  • Experience identifying and supporting Process Improvement opportunities

In addition to the salary range, this role is eligible for bonus or incentive opportunities.
