As a Facilities Cleaner, you'll play an essential role in creating a great experience for our guests and team members. From keeping our public spaces spotless to delivering friendly guest service, you'll help ensure every visit is comfortable, safe, and memorable.

Responsibilities

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of casino, hotel, restaurant, office, restroom, and public areas.
Clean and sanitize slot machines, furniture, windows, countertops, trash receptacles, and other property fixtures.
Vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors, and quickly respond to spills and cleaning needs.
Safely handle and dispose of biohazardous materials according to company procedures.
Empty trash containers and transport waste to designated disposal areas.
Properly use cleaning chemicals, equipment, and tools while following safety guidelines.
Deliver exceptional guest service through positive interactions, friendly greetings, and a helpful attitude.
Support a positive team culture and perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a busy environment.
Commitment to professionalism, integrity, and workplace safety.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 25 pounds.
Ability to bend, reach, twist, stoop, and perform repetitive physical activities.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, crowds, and other environmental conditions.
Available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
