Welder – Production Manufacturing

Position Overview

We are seeking reliable Production Welders to join a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position primarily involves MIG welding steel components used in retail shelving and fixtures.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday; Saturdays as needed
• Day and Night shifts available
• Overtime opportunities available

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on steel components and assemblies.
• Set up and use welding equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
• Follow work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
• Inspect welds and finished components for quality.
• Grind and deburr parts as required.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Meet production and quality standards.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Previous MIG welding or production welding experience preferred.
• Ability to read basic drawings and follow written instructions.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Must be safety-conscious and dependable.
• Welding training or hands-on experience is a plus.
