The Role & Day-to-Day
As a Service Advisor, you are the face of our service center. You will spend your day working directly with customers in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Advise & Educate: Guide customers on their tire and automotive service needs with transparency and expertise.
- Drive Performance: Maximize sales, build long-term customer loyalty, and enhance the overall service experience.
- Multi-Task with Ease: Manage shop flow and customer communication while maintaining a professional, friendly, and calm demeanor.
- Lead by Example: Bring a self-starter mindset that motivates the team to perform at their best.
Position Requirements
