Our client is a nationwide leader in hydraulic and industrial hose maintenance, repair, and replacement services. Their mobile technicians help businesses across manufacturing, construction, equipment rental, and other industries minimize costly equipment downtime by providing fast, on-site service.
They are looking for a Mobile Technician to join their team. Previous hydraulic or industrial hose experience is preferred, but NOT required. If you have strong mechanical aptitude, enjoy troubleshooting and hands-on work, and are looking for a career where you can learn a specialized trade, this could be an excellent opportunity.
What You'll Do:
- Operate a fully equipped company service vehicle and travel to customer locations.
- Repair, replace, install, and assemble hydraulic and industrial hoses on-site.
- Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic issues and determine the appropriate repair.
- Fabricate hydraulic and industrial hoses to customer specifications.
- Respond quickly to customer service calls to help minimize equipment downtime.
- Work with customers in manufacturing, construction, equipment rental, and other industries.
- Maintain and organize your service vehicle, tools, equipment, and inventory.
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and dependable service.
- Participate in a rotating on call/emergency service schedule with additional incentive pay.
 Background Needed:
- Hydraulic hose experience is NOT required. We will train the right person.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on skills.
- Experience working on cars, trucks, motorcycles, boats, machinery, equipment, or other mechanical systems is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to learn new mechanical and hydraulic systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Dependability and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently while managing daily service calls.
