Prepares work to be accomplished by studying work instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Positions parts and subassemblies by using templates or fixtures- Assemble fabricated parts or finished products
- Use hand tools, glue guns, and an AVK gun to assist in assembly
- Monitor and maintain product quality
- Performance Measures (Accountability)
- Key performance measures remain relatively constant over time. Annual performance measures priorities/weightings, and specific targets will be agreed to and documented each performance period.
- Responsible for quality products.
