Position: Wine Storeroom – Purchasing & Logistics Inventory Control Specialist
Department: Purchasing

Primary Responsibilities: (guest interaction, ordering responsibilities, clean up duties, clerical responsibilities, etc.)
· Count inventory, fill orders, post orders to computer system, receive trucks, unload, and place into stock using stock rotation procedures, work well with internal and external customers
· Keep work area neat, clean and safe at all times
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Communicate what product that may need to be ordered
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
· Must be able to work a flexible shift, if business demands
In order to be successful in this position, the ideal candidate must meet the following criteria
in addition to Greenbrier Standards.
Past Work Experience Requirements: (Type of work, number of years required, equivalent experience, etc.)
· Warehouse inventory, retail or food related field preferred
Educational Requirements: (Degree/Certification, highest required/preferred, field of study)
· High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
Communication Skills Requirements: (Verbal: phone, in-person, group; Written: memos, documents)
· Good telephone etiquette and good writing skills
· Ability to interact with internal and external customers efficiently and respectfully
Technical Requirements:
· Aptitude for math, number/detail oriented
· Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with keyboard and typing
Required Supervision: (Reports to, Supervision provided, number of people to supervise)
· Must be able to work independently. Some supervision provided.
Other Requirements:
· Must be able to cope with constantly changing circumstances in a positive manner
· Must be able to manage time
· Must be able to multi-task
· Must be able pay attention to detail and proof read for accuracy
· Must be able to follow Wine Storeroom Operations & Procedures
