Located in the Lehigh Valley, Allentown is an excellent opportunity for doctors looking for an established patient base, strong earning potential, clinical autonomy, and the ability to build a long-term career with a dentist-owned organization.

We're interested in connecting with experienced dentists, recent graduates, and 2027 DDS/DMD candidates for current and upcoming needs.

Our dentists have the opportunity to perform a broad range of comprehensive general dentistry based on their individual clinical skills, while maintaining complete autonomy over treatment planning.

COMPENSATION

• Permanent daily minimum guarantee

• Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus for select opportunities

• Average full-time compensation: $290,000–$330,000+

• No production cap

• Full patient schedule and strong earning potential

CLINICAL PRACTICE

• Complete autonomy over treatment planning

• Established patient base and full patient schedule

• Opportunity to perform a wide range of procedures based on your clinical skill set

• Fully digital and paperless office

• Modern equipment and dedicated clinical support

• Discretion over preferred dental supplies and instruments

• Mentorship from experienced clinicians

• Opportunity to develop clinically and expand your procedure mix
