Managing guest arrivals and departures through accurate, efficient check-in and check-out procedures.
Providing personalized recommendations about hotel amenities, dining options, local attractions, and services to enhance each guest’s stay.
Anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to questions, requests, and service opportunities with confidence and care.
Processing room assignments, upgrades, billing adjustments, and special requests while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Handling guest payments, credit card transactions, and cash procedures in accordance with company policies.
Maintaining accurate guest reservations, profiles, and confidential information using the property’s management system.
Partnering with Housekeeping, Engineering, Food & Beverage, and other hotel departments to ensure rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled.
Resolving guest concerns with empathy, professionalism, and sound judgment while escalating issues when appropriate.
Maintaining a polished, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby environment throughout every shift.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous Front Desk, Guest Services, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred.
Luxury, boutique hotel, or upscale hospitality experience preferred.
Experience using a property management system (PMS) and basic computer applications preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle guest concerns with professionalism, empathy, and sound judgment.
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts based on business needs.
Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred, but not required.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, sit, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift.
Ability to operate computers, telephones, payment systems, and standard office equipment.
Ability to maintain focus while multitasking in a fast-paced Front Office environment.
Ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
Ability to work in guest-facing environments while maintaining professionalism, confidentiality, and exceptional service standards.
Must wear required personal protective equipment as required by job responsibilities.
