Eric Fisher Salons are currently looking for a part-time Guest Services Coordinator for our East location. We are seeking to fill weekday shifts at this time. The starting pay for this position is $13.00 hour.

Job Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and positive guest relations
• Strong communication skills
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Passion and interest in the beauty industry
• Takes pride in personal presentation
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task efficiently
• Ability to stand and walk for a long period of time.
• Ability to read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to use all general office equipment, including a computer.

Summary of Responsibilities:

• Answers telephones

• Checking guests in and out for services

• Entering guest information into salon software

• Scheduling and coordinating appointments, confirm appointments

• Opening & closing retail area

• Cash control / Prepare deposits / Change orders

• Attend all scheduled meetings

• Inform stylists of schedule changes or adjustments

• Monitor and control Guest Services area

• Assist with all aspects of inventory including inventory counts, delivery and purchases

• Assist in client resolution

Essential Functions:

• Follow State Board of Cosmetology Rules and Regulations
