Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Performs member servicing by using several computerized systems for member verification
• Gathers relevant information to complete transactions efficiently
• Assists members in managing their accounts and addressing their needs
• Demonstrate a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintains a positive, confident, friendly and professional attitude and appearance
• Continually develops subject matter expertise, keeps pace with changes in products and services
• Completes and adheres to annual training regarding BSA/AML compliance
• Completes periodic training pertaining to updates in policies and procedures

Skills and Qualifications

• Education - High School Diploma or GED required
• Experience - Six months to two years of similar or related experience with delivering exceptional service while exhibiting empathy, patience and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Additional skills – Proficiency with multitasking and building relationships; interactions with members and coworkers often rely on confidentiality and discretion, as well as demonstration of conflict anticipation and resolution, tactful delivery, and good listening skills. 
• Other – Professional appearance and manner, as well as punctuality. 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

• Must be able to lift 10 pounds
• Climate-controlled shared work area with standard levels of office noise and minimal fluctuation in temperature. Employees will be expected to sit, stand, stoop, and walk while performing the duties of this job.
• Interactions with members and coworkers include telephone and some video calls, in addition to in-person interfacing.
