Schedule: Day l  Full-time | Monday - Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00pm; Friday 8:00 - 12:00 pm - Schedule can vary.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Deliver personalized physical therapy care by evaluating patient conditions and executing evidence-based outpatient treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Design and adapt dynamic plans of care in close collaboration with patients and their families, ensuring every treatment phase aligns with the patient’s evolving needs.
• Guide treatment safety and quality by directly supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, students, and support staff, fostering a collaborative, patient-first team environment.
• Evaluate patient progress continuously to celebrate milestones, refine therapeutic techniques, and ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted.
• Physical Therapy (PT) license credentialed from the Kansas Board of Healing Arts prior to hire dateor job transfer date required.
• Drivers License preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree OR Doctorate preferred.
