Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Conducts training with incoming new staff in live, classroom and/or video environments
  • Tracks the progress of trainees through routine tests, observations and feedback
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of current training
  • Continually works with supervisors to identify reinforcement training needs
  • Trains existing staff on on-going system enhancements and related policy/procedural changes
  • Maintain accurate and up-to date training manuals
  • Develops a variety of learning and performance support solutions 
  • Participates in the delivery of operations change management meetings
  • Works closely with staff to ensure systems are utilized consistently across organization
  • Partners with subject matter experts to develop/maintain training curriculum and requirements
  • Facilitates needs assessments to diagnose training and development needs of existing staff
  • Completes periodic training pertaining to updates in policies and procedures

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Education - High School Diploma or GED required
  • Experience - Six months to two years of similar or related experience with delivering exceptional service while exhibiting empathy, patience and excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Additional skills – Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Outlook software (Outlook, Word and Excel)
  • Other – Professional appearance and manner, as well as punctuality
  • Must be able to travel up to five consecutive days and four nights out of town

 

Physical Demands and Work Environment

  • Must be able to lift 10 pounds
  • Climate-controlled shared work area with standard levels of office noise and minimal fluctuation in temperature. Employees will be expected to sit, stand, stoop, and walk while performing the duties of this job. 
  • Interactions with members and coworkers include telephone and some video calls, in addition to in-person interfacing.
