Join the Bohemia Healing Spa team as a Spa Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in creating a serene and welcoming environment for our clients. In this part-time position, you'll be the first point of contact, ensuring an exceptional experience from booking appointments to providing top-notch customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly and manage appointment scheduling efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about services and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Process payments and manage client records accurately.
- Assist in promoting spa services and special offers to enhance client engagement.
- Collaborate with therapists and staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Support inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or wellness preferred.
- Previous experience in a spa, salon, or customer service role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
