About Our Spa: Our Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa franchised at The Waverly Place in Cary, NC wants to give massage therapists a healthy and healing environment to explore whichever paths are calling you. Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa at The Waverly Place is individually owned and operated by an involved owner passionate about the wellness industry. As a manager of this spa, Brittany built a positive, culture and successful member base, and then purchased the spa when the former owner retired!

How our Massage Therapists Facilitate Healing:
Â
- Customize treatment plans based on individual clients.
- Create an experience of peace and relaxation for members/guests/other spa professionals through a friendly and helpful approach.
- Generate return clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas within the spa.Â
 Team Member Essentials:
- Â Active NC Massage Therapist license in good standing.
- Carry massage therapy liability insurance.
- Able to communicate effectively with clients, spa management and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage required.
- Knowledge of other various modalities preferred (Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, Deep Tissue), but not required. Hand and Stone offers training in all modalities to our team members!
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
