Property Maintenance Co is looking for a reliable, experienced Property Manager/Handyman to help maintain and manage a commercial property. The ideal candidate is hands-on, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a variety of property maintenance tasks.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the property
- Perform general handyman repairs and maintenance
- Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other household repairs
- Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance, including checking water chemistry
- Coordinate or supervise outside contractors when needed
- Inspect the property regularly and identify maintenance issues before they become major problems
- Keep the property, yard, and surrounding areas clean, safe, and well maintained
- Respond to maintenance needs in a timely manner
- Maintain basic records of repairs, supplies, and property issues
Requirements
- Previous property maintenance or handyman experience required
- Strong knowledge of general repairs and maintenance
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, climbing, and working outdoors
- Must be dependable, trustworthy, and take pride in quality work
- Salary and benefits commensurate with experience
Experience in property management is a plus. Pool maintenance certification is a plus.
