Hours: 3PM-11PM
An additional $2.50/hr. premium added to salary for hours worked between 7pm-7am. Any hours worked outside of 7pm-7am will not receive the premium.
Wage: $15.50 - $23.24 per hour depending on experience
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Â
Perform thorough visual inspections of products according to customer specifications Â
Identify defects based on established quality standardsÂ
Monitor product consistency and conformity to requirementsÂ
Escalate Quality defects to Quality Lead as appropriateÂ
Pack products according to specified procedures Â
Apply appropriate labels and packaging materialsÂ
Ensure proper product orientation and arrangementÂ
Participate in safety improvement programs/projects including BBSOs and 5S eventsÂ
Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area responsibilities including work area cleaning.Â
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Experience:Â
High School Diploma or equivalent preferredÂ
Prior manufacturing experience a plusÂ
Â
Required Skills:Â
Ability to understand technical instructionsÂ
Strong attention to detailÂ
Excellent hand-eye coordination and the ability to quickly identify and sort finished product Â
Basic computer use is requiredÂ

Extended periods of standing and walkingÂ
Extended periods of twisting at waist and reachingÂ
Extended periods of wrist rotationÂ
Ability to wear required PPE (hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, safety glasses)
WORK CONDITIONS: Â
The majority of tasks will be performed in a manufacturing setting with exposure to:Â Â
Noise levels above 80 dBÂ Â
Manufacturing equipmentÂ
Solvents, fumes and inksÂ
Variable TemperaturesÂ
Must be able to work flexible shifts Â
