LPN - Brompton Heights

Are you an LPN who loves building meaningful relationships with the people you care for? Brompton Heights Senior Living in Williamsville is looking for compassionate, dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team full time!

We’re currently hiring for both Full Time evening (3pm-11pm) and overnight shifts (11pm-7am) and are looking for nurses who want to be part of a supportive team while making a difference in the lives of our residents every day.

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and ensure accurate documentation
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns promptly
• Respond to resident needs and provide support during your shift
• Provide direction and support to care team members
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and other members of the care team
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation
• Follow individualized service plans, community policies, and applicable regulations
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where residents are treated with dignity and respect

What We’re Looking For

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in New York State
• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical judgment skills
• Dependable team player who can also work confidently and independently
• Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience is a plus

Available Full-Time Shifts

Evenings: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Overnights: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
