Job DetailsJob Location: Williston, ND 58802Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: Admin - ClericalType of Position: Full time; Hours 8:00 AM -5:00 PM M-F; Occasional evening/weekend work may be required – Some travel may be required  General Summary  This position requires a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail.  The Office Assistant will help with operations in all areas of the Trust Department.  Maintaining files, scanning documentation, back up for other office personnel, operational duties as well as other duties as assigned.  Accuracy, professionalism, and confidentiality are of utmost importance.  Essential Duties and Responsibilities:  Answer phones quickly using proper and professional phone etiquette. Greeting customers in person, making them feel welcome and directing them to the appropriate personnel.  Office duties such as scanning/archiving file documents, assisting with distributing tax forms to clients during tax season, making appointments for Trust Officers, creating/distributing correspondence with employees and clients.  Doing daily stock, bond & mutual fund trading, as directed by Officers.  Daily balancing of Trust account and ledgers.  Maintaining asset holdings.  Prepare and distribute Principia Mutual Fund Reports on a monthly basis.  Maintain and update the monthly active investment list, ensuring accuracy and completeness of investment records.  Serve as record keeper for the Trust Investment Committee, including maintaining meeting records, investment documentation, and related committee materials.  Assisting Trust Officers/Administration with researching projects, problems, questions, etc.  Willing to accept other duties as assigned.  QualificationsKnowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:  Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent.  Organization skills, multi-tasked oriented and possess attention to detail to curtail errors.  Good oral and written communication skills, ability to learn quickly and to work as a team player.  Basic calculator skills, office machine usage. Experience using Microsoft Office Suites.    When visiting with clients and the public listen for opportunities to sell and cross sell services provided by the Bank.  Strong ethics in protecting confidentiality of client records.
