Nemours Children’s Health is seeking a bilingual Pediatrician to join our primary care team at our St. Francis location in Wilmington, Delaware. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who is passionate about providing high-quality, family-centered care and supporting the health and well-being of children in a diverse community.

Position Overview

Our Nemours primary care practices provide a kid-friendly, family-centered pediatric primary care experience for families. With convenient locations throughout the region, we deliver quality, professional primary care services with a special focus on preventive care, whole-child wellness, and building trusted relationships with patients and families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive pediatric primary care services for infants, children and adolescents.
  • Partner with families to support preventive care, routine wellness visits, immunizations, acute care needs and chronic condition management.
  • Deliver culturally responsive care and communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking patients and families.
  • Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and care team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Support Nemours’ commitment to whole-child health, prevention and helping every child achieve their healthiest future.

Qualifications

  • MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
  • Board certification in Pediatrics required.
  • Eligibility for an unrestricted Delaware medical license and DEA registration.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong commitment to pediatric primary care, family-centered communication and serving diverse communities
