Job Overview
The VP, Insurance Marketing is responsible for launching and scaling Business Banking’s Insurance offering by driving customer acquisition strategy and serving as the central quarterback between Insurance Product and Marketing teams. This role will lead go-to-market for a new digital-led SMB P&C Insurance initiative, partnering across product, risk, legal, and marketing to deliver a compliant, scalable offering for Chase SMB clients. The leader will ensure the right marketing expertise is deployed across channels, while building a cohesive acquisition engine and customer experience across the insurance journey.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive the creation of a go-to-market strategy for Business Banking Insurance, including positioning, trademarking, customer acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention.
- Act as primary liaison to Insurance Product, translating product priorities into marketing plans. Serve as the central marketing quarterback for the Insurance initiative, coordinating activities across Brand, Media, PR, Social, Field Engagement, Analytics, Product, Risk, Compliance and Legal to see the product through launch.
- Lead development of messaging frameworks, customer personas, and value proposition testing. Partner with research teams to lead projects to better understand how our products, partners, experience and messaging resonates with target audiences.
- Design and execute integrated acquisition strategies across owned, earned, and paid channels, including digital, email, Chase.com, search, social and banker-enabled channels.
- Partner with Analytics and Modeling teams to identify priority customer segments, lifecycle triggers, and personalization opportunities.Â
- Develop customer journey strategies that leverage new business formation, onboarding, relationship deepening, and cross-sell opportunities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience in marketing strategy, product marketing, acquisition marketing, or go-to-market leadership, with experience launching or scaling regulated financial services, insurance, fintech, or digital platform products preferred.
- Strong written and oral presentation skills, with the ability to convey information simply and clearly to users and business partners.
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.

- Existing knowledge and experience in using JPMC’s Marketing tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives in highly regulated environments.Â
- Experience developing customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.Â
- Strong analytical orientation with experience leveraging customer segmentation, performance measurement, and marketing analytics.Â
- Experience building new products, businesses, or go-to-market capabilities from concept through launch strongly preferred.
