About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients in daily activities and promote independence in their homes.
- Assist with meal preparation and medication reminders to ensure health and safety.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Document client progress and report any changes in behavior or health to supervisors.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members for the best client outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant experience in healthcare preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel between client homes.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a strong desire to help others.
- Ability to pass background checks and obtain necessary certifications.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and families.
- Experience with individuals with disabilities is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
