Job Title: Landscape Construction & Irrigation Crew Member

• Pay: $17.07 – $19.00 / hour

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM 

• Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, dig, and perform physical outdoor tasks; willingness to learn with minimal supervision

What You’ll Do As a Landscape Construction & Irrigation Crew Member, you will work with a dedicated team on dynamic outdoor projects. Key responsibilities include:

• Installing landscape materials, plantings, lawns, and irrigation components with precision.

• Operating equipment, site and soil preparation, grading, and digging with minimal supervision.

• Assisting our irrigation technician team with loading, unloading, and transporting heavy equipment and materials.

• Maintaining clean, safe job sites and servicing company equipment and vehicles daily.

• Serving as a reliable grounds maintenance crew member by providing excellent service to clients and architects.

• Must have a valid NC driver's license.

• Punctuality and readiness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

• Physical ability to dig, rake, water, and lift heavy materials throughout the day.
