Overview: Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) work in our group residential homes with our adult clients that have developmental disabilities. 聽DSPs are an important part of our team and support our clients in developing a predictable routine and daily structure. As a DSP you will work with our clients, their families and other service providers to promote independence, develop daily living skills, provide direct care and administer medication if you have your CRMA. You will assist with housekeeping, personal hygiene, transportation, meal prep, grocery shopping, and take clients into the community for outings. We are looking for compassionate and caring people with a sense of humor and dedication to join our team.

Requirements:

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Education- High School diploma or GED

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Must have strong Communication and computer skills

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Certification: Must obtain or have an existing DSP Provisional Certificate and Certified Residential Medication Aide Certificate CCRMA). If needed, we provide DSP and CRMA training at no cost to you.

聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience: One year of experience with adults in a supervised setting or relevant life experience
