The Wilderness Resort is seeking a hardworking, dependable, enthusiastic, customer service driven individuals to join our fast-paced team! Employees have access to great benefits, amenity usage, and so much more!

The Outlet Cashier is responsible for the sales transactions which may involve cash, credit cards, room charges, gift cars, coupons, and marketing promotions. Complete knowledge about how to complete each transaction in a timely manner is key.

This is a part- or full-time position with day, night, and weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter.
• Assist guests with any questions they may have regarding the menu or pricing of food and beverage items.
• Assist in cooking food items when needed.
• Assist in preparing Deli To-Go items as needed.
• In charge of ringing up all guest orders, taking payment, and processing change.
• Responsible for stocking goods used throughout their shift at the end of each shift.
• Responsible for the accuracy and totality of a cash bank.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and presentable work environment.
• Responsible for cleaning the outlet at the end of each shift including but not limited to dishes, sweeping, mopping, wiping counters, washing windows, and taking out garbage.
• All other duties as assigned by management.
