Under One Roof
About The Wicked Loon, Downtown Grill & LocalTopia
The Wicked Loon, The Downtown Grill and LocalTopia are sister restaurants connected under one roof — each with its own distinct personality and purpose.
The Wicked Loon offers an upscale, seafood-focused dining experience centered on elevated service and attention to detail. It’s refined yet approachable, designed for guests who appreciate quality, craft, and genuine hospitality.
The Downtown Grill brings a more relaxed, vibrant atmosphere — serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner alongside a lively upstairs sports bar that’s become one of Wolfeboro’s busiest gathering spots. The Grill also hosts regular events, blending great food, energy, and community connection.
LocalTopia is a Poke Bowl and Sushi spot offering quick serve and dine in options. Guests can watch the Sushi being rolled right in front of them.
All restaurants sit at the town docks in Wolfeboro, offering premier lakefront views and a shared commitment to excellence. We’re building a culture that values pride, professionalism, and teamwork — and we’re looking for people who want to execute at a high level and be part of something exceptional.

Your Shift Flow
You open the Sushi station, check product, and get your Poke line set so the first tickets are clean and fast. During peak windows, you stay visible at the counter, keep the pace steady, and stay engaging with guests while calls and pickups stay organized. Between rushes you reset, sharpen presentation, and keep the workspace tight so the next wave doesn’t slip. You finish the shift with a clean close, clear notes for the next team, and a station that’s ready to go.
