Core Responsibilities

Financial Leadership

• Own full branch P&L performance
• Lead strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, gross margin, & EBITDA targets
• Participate in the annual budgeting & monthly financial close processes
• Participate in equipment planning and purchasing decisions

Production & Customer Experience Leadership

• Participate in production scheduling and operational planning
• Oversee material ordering and operational priorities
• Identify service quality deficiencies and ensure corrective action

Sales, Enhancement & Renewal Leadership

• Lead enhancement, maintenance, & snow sales 
• Lead contract renewal efforts
• Maintain strong customer relationships and service delivery standards

Team Leadership & Development

• Participate in recruitment, hiring, & onboarding of team members
• Build, develop, and retain high-performing employees
