LOOKING FOR RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE INTERESTED IN NATURE

Job Summary
Looking for a position in retail where you can grow and have a work-life balance? We have the best hours in retail and a culture that celebrates diversity, encourages growth, and values every team member's well-being!

We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Sales Associate with a passion for nature to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a retail setting providing excellent customer service, a desire to learn, and a team-player mentality as well as interest in birds or nature.

Responsibilities

Deliver outstanding customer service.
Retail experience preferred but not required.
Must be willing to learn then deliver expert advice on bird feeding, birdwatching, and nature-related products.
Must have a desire to deliver high-energy customer service.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and spend extended periods on your feet.
Comfortable with computers and able to use a computer-based POS system.

Qualifications

Interest in the backyard bird feeding hobby or nature is preferred, but curiosity and willingness to learn about the subject is required. We will train you!
Must be able to lift and carry up to 20-50 lbs. repeatedly.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will include weekend shifts, and working during busy holiday periods and sales.
