About the role
- Meeting with homeowners and business owners to review the project.Â
- Maintaining a budget for each job.Â
- Creating job schedule, scheduling of subcontractors and ordering of materials.Â
- Taking assigned projects to completion based on written scope of repairs.Â
- Developing professional relationships and working with subcontractors.Â
- Responsible for the finished product of the subcontractors and overall quality of the job.Â
- Updating production files and paperwork and maintaining detailed job notes including conversations with customer in job management software.Â
- Customer Service duties, including problem resolution.Â
- Following written production procedures.Â
- Obtaining permits and meeting with building inspectors and mortgage company inspectors.Â

· 90th Day - 1st year= 1 week (1 week equals five 8-hour days)Â

This position offers an annual rate of 60 – 70k a year, plus uncapped bonuses. Â
