New Hire Incentives

What You'll Do

As a CNA, you will provide direct, hands-on care that helps residents maintain comfort, dignity, and independence. Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meals
  • Supporting residents with compassion, respect, and professionalism
  • Observing and reporting changes in residents' conditions to the nursing team
  • Following all applicable care standards, policies, and regulations
  • Contributing to a positive, team-centered environment

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Current state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
