What You'll Do:

You'll be responsible for contacting customers via phone, email, and text to set appointments for our sales team, including:
- Internet inquiries
- Incoming phone leads ("Phone Ups")
- Customers who recently visited the dealership
- Follow-up on previous leads

- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Attention to detail; goal-oriented and results-driven
- Positive, "can-do" attitude with a willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate professionally via text and email
- High energy and enthusiasm
