Front Office Patient Care Coordinator
Chalet Dental - Yakima, WA

Chalet Dental is looking for a friendly, organized, and people-focused Front Office Patient Care Coordinator to join our team in Yakima, WA. Shift: Tue- Fri

Pay Range: $22.03-25.34 hr

What You'll Do 

  • Greet and communicate with patients warmly and help them feel at ease 
  • Coordinate treatments, schedules and manage appointments 
  • Handle insurance verifications and payments accurately 
  • Keep things flowing between patients and the clinical team 
  • Bring a calm, can-do attitude that helps make every day run smoothly 
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • 2+ years dental office experience required
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills
  • Patient advocate; empathetic, adaptable, and ethical
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Open Dental software preferred
