Bit Designer Job Summary

The Bit Designer fabricates innovative horse bits combining craftsmanship, function, and artistry.

Bit Designer Responsibilities

• Design and prototype custom bits
• Perform detailed welding and fabrication
• Test functionality and performance
• All other duties as assigned by management

Bit Designer Qualifications

• 3+ years welding or metal fabrication experience
• Decorative metalwork preferred
• Equine product knowledge preferred
