The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee nursing staff, and ensure the delivery of high‑quality, compassionate care to our residents while maintaining compliance with all state and federal regulations. Nurses must maintain an active nursing license in their Primary State of Residence. Nurses whose Primary State of Residence is South Carolina must hold a South Carolina nursing license and a South Carolina driver's license or state-issued ID with a South Carolina address. Candidates residing outside of South Carolina must maintain appropriate licensure in accordance with their Primary State of Residence and NLC requirements. ♦ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in SC ♦ Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a long‑term care or skilled nursing setting ♦ Previous supervisory or charge nurse experience strongly preferred ♦ Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support nursing staff ♦ Strong knowledge of geriatric nursing care, care planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration ♦ Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills ♦ Knowledge of state and federal long‑term care regulations and survey readiness ♦ Ability to remain calm and organized in fast‑paced or emergency situations ♦ Strong clinical judgment, documentation, and teamwork skills  ♦ Ability to work independently while supporting weekend operations Apply today!
