Description
We're building a new outbound tele sales team to grow product sales through proactive customer outreach. This is a great fit for someone who's comfortable on the phone, motivated by results, and wants to earn based on performance.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls and emails to prospective and existing customers
- Identify needs and recommend the right products
- Track outreach and outcomes in our CRM
- Hit weekly outreach and sales targets
Requirements
What we're looking for:
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, persistent phone presence
- Comfort with rejection and a drive to hit goals
- Prior sales, customer service, or call center experience a plus (not required)
- Reliable access to a computer/phone and quiet workspace if remote
