About the Role: 
We are seeking a dedicated Intervention Specialist to join our team in Youngstown, OH. This is a full‑time position working in a self‑contained classroom with students who have low incidence disabilities. The Intervention Specialist will design and implement individualized instructional strategies, manage IEPs, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure student success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
  • Provide direct instruction and interventions tailored to student needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families.
  • Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Support students in achieving academic, behavioral, and social goals.
Qualifications:

  • Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License (required).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field (Master’s preferred).
