What We Are Looking For
An active California physical therapy license or license eligibility is required, and new graduates are welcome. This role is not a fit for candidates whose experience is primarily skilled nursing, such as ten or more years in a SNF setting.

- Pay is $42 to $55 per hour.
- A sign-on bonus and relocation reimbursement are discussed as part of the compensation conversation.
- Health premiums are largely employer paid at ninety percent for HMO, eighty percent for PPO, and eighty percent for the HSA plan, with dental and vision covered at one hundred percent.
- The practice also offers 120 hours of PTO per year plus seven paid holidays, $1,000 per year in continuing education reimbursement, and a 401(k) with a four percent total employer contribution.
