Community Case Manager

As a聽Youth Case Manager, you鈥檒l work directly with children and teens through engaging,聽TBS-focused activities聽designed to build confidence, improve coping skills, strengthen relationships, and develop positive behaviors.
Your day might look like:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Creating art to practice self-expression and emotional regulation
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Playing sports while working on teamwork, communication, and frustration tolerance
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Using games and activities to build problem-solving and social skills
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Getting outside and practicing coping skills in real-world settings
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Helping youth practice independence and life skills in the community
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Finding creative ways to make therapeutic skill-building聽FUN!
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Encouraging youth, celebrating their successes, and helping them recognize their own strengths

路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Loves working with children and teens to build positive relationships and trust
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Is energetic, creative, patient, compassionate and enjoys getting out in the community.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Can turn everyday activities into meaningful learning opportunities
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Is dependable, professional, and passionate about helping youth succeed
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽At least 21 years of age
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Has a minimum of a high school diploma or GED
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Has a valid driver鈥檚 license and reliable transportation.聽 Able to provide proof of insurance.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Preferred experience in social work, counseling, human services, EHR system use, and professional documentation helpful.
