About the Role:
IN ROUTE DRILLING LLC is looking for a motivated CDL Laborer to join our team in Zimmerman, MN! This is a hands-on opportunity to work in the drilling industry, operating equipment and supporting field operations in a dynamic, outdoor environment. If you're a skilled CDL driver who loves physical work and being part of a hardworking crew, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Operate commercial vehicles to transport drilling equipment, materials, and supplies to job sites
- Assist drilling crew with setup, operation, and breakdown of drilling equipment
- Perform general labor duties on active job sites, including lifting, digging, and material handling
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper maintenance of assigned vehicles and equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites
- Support crew leads and operators as directed to ensure efficient project completion
Requirements:
- Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) required
- Previous experience in construction, drilling, or heavy labor preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality
- Knowledge of DOT regulations and safe driving practices
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to travel to job sites in and around Zimmerman, MN
