Job Responsibilities

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor to healthcare leaders, aligning human resources initiatives with organizational goals to support exceptional patient care and organizational success. This role partners closely with leaders to develop workforce strategies, enhance employee engagement, drive talent management initiatives, and ensure compliance with employment laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies.

The HRBP provides guidance and consultation on employee relations, performance management, organizational design, compensation, workforce planning, succession planning, change management, and retention strategies. This position fosters a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment while serving as a trusted partner to leadership. The HRBP leverages HR data, insights, and industry best practices to improve operational effectiveness and support organizational growth.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Minimum Experience

  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of strategic Human Resources Business Partner experience required.

  • 5 or more years of HRBP experience strongly preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SHRM-CP certification preferred.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous healthcare industry experience preferred.

Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at all levels of the organization.

Software Proficiency

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Experience using Workday (HRIS) or a similar Human Resources Information System (HRIS) preferred.
