We’re seeking a compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Dearborn team. In this role, you will conduct assessments, develop behavior plans, and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality, individualized care for children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
Pay: Up to $55.00 per hour
Position Details:
- This is a flexible, on-site position based at our ABA Center in Dearborn. Must have a minimum of 15 hours available each week.
- Support a small caseload of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Typical schedule: You will pick the days and times you want to work.
- Provide ABA assessment, treatment planning, and case supervision within a structured clinical setting.
- Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians.
- Conduct parent training and caregiver consultations as needed.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams.
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation per payer and agency guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:
- Master's Degree
- Active BCBA Certification
- Active MI Licensure as a Behavior Analyst
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
