What will I be doing?  
ü Working independently and/or with other staff in completing assignments
ü Planning and performing internal audits, program reviews, and special projects
ü Subrecipient monitoring including site visits, desk reviews of financial reporting packages, and pre-award reviews
ü Preparing working papers and report drafts for supervisory reviews
ü Working with auditees and contractors to implement audit recommendations
ü Completing special projects as assigned by the Director

Key Qualifications Â
ü Degree in Accounting or Business Administration
ü Experience in Governmental Accounting and/or AuditingÂ
ü Computer skills and software experience in Office 365, Teams, Word, and Excel.
ü Ability to plan and execute audit procedures including formal reporting
ü Knowledge of Federal Uniform Grant Guidance and Auditing StandardsÂ

Do you have… Â
ü Bachelor’s degree in an applicable academic discipline or related field of study  Â
ü 3 years of experience working with local government, nonprofit programs, school, or in job-related duties
Â
Preferred qualifications
ü Obtained or Pursuing Professional Certification (CPA, CIA, or CISA)
ü Experience in internal auditing or public accounting
ü Ability to do data analysis, and statistical sampling using software
