In addition to being a forklift manufacturer, we are also a total solutions provider offering scalable products and services from material handling and automation to extensive fleet support.   About the role: Able to work in a high-paced Contact Center environment and possess the following abilities: • Handle calls and other inquiries with courtesy and professionalism.  • Work to resolve issues in a timely manner; research and explore answers and alternative solutions to provide “Outstanding” customer service. • Maintain CRM database by entering all phone and email information into tickets. • Display “Time flexibility” towards shifts according to workflow requirements.    What you will do: Respond to Requests: Be a resource for all dealer, MLA personnel and customer telephone, Intranet (CRM) and email inquiries related to all departments.  These responses should guide dealers through all available resources to train them on how to find information in the future.  Ensure all inquiries are documented in the CRM database. Improve Technical Resources: Coordinate with Service Engineering, Parts Technical and Technical Publications any errors or omissions in technical literature which need to be communicated to dealers. Also, recommend feature, format or content improvements to make the resources more useful.
