AsĀ ourĀ Repair TechĀ (Guitar),Ā you willĀ provideĀ perform maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments and toĀ assistĀ in maintenance of specific store inventory, continually building and increasing the business through great customer experience and quality work.Ā Ā

  • Initiative: Able toĀ identifyĀ opportunities & issues and follow through on work activities to capitalize or resolve them. Able to learn quickly and take positive action without being requested to do so. Able to develop knowledge and skills including product, store operations,Ā sales,Ā and leadership.Ā 
  • Selling:Ā Able to work through GC certification program to gain a base understanding of products and sales techniques.Ā Ā 
  • Training: Able to effectively train learners and communicate info and techniques so that they areĀ retained.Ā 

As ourĀ RepairĀ Technician,Ā you will:Ā 

  • Interact with customers, ensuring a positive customerĀ experienceĀ 
  • Service customer-owned instruments withĀ a high levelĀ of craftsmanshipĀ 
  • MaintainĀ store owned gear, asĀ requestedĀ 
  • Complete warranty repair workĀ 
  • AdditionalĀ duties asĀ assignedĀ 
Qualifications

Requirements:Ā 

  • Skilled understanding of repairing GuitarsĀ Ā 

Preferences:Ā 

  • Foundational product knowledge on Guitar Center productsĀ
